/KASE, June 17, 2026/ – On June 17, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00018401 (CENTpp1; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 10 years; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Centrica LLP (Almaty) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of June 17, 2026.

This bond issue is included under the "KASE SME Qadam Bonds" program.
