/KASE, June 17, 2026/ – On June 17, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to transfer the following bonds of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP from the "bonds" category of the alternative market to the "bonds" category of the main market of KASE official list:

1) KZ2P00014434 (MFACb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.8 bn; 30.07.25 – 30.07.27; monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00014426 (MFACb4; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.7 bn; 09.04.26 – 09.04.28; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of June 18, 2026.

In KASE's conclusion dated June 15, 2026, it was noted that the compliance of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP and its specified bonds with the listing criteria and requirements established by KASE's internal document "Listing Rules" for the inclusion and presence of the specified bonds in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market was established.
