According to the report of SFAI Kazakhstan LLP, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Phystech II JSC as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
