/KASE, June 17, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (KASE ticker – TPIB) dated June 15, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: M. Mendybaev;
• elected: I. Chakalidi.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three persons.
