On June 12, 2026, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed JSC KazTransOil's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating at "BBB" with a Stable outlook.
The company's rating is in line with the rating of its parent company, JSC NC KazMunayGas, and the sovereign rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("BBB", Stable outlook).
Fitch Ratings notes that JSC KazTransOil's strong business profile is driven by its status as Kazakhstan's national main oil pipeline operator, holding a dominant position in the market, as well as its strategic importance to the country's economy. JSC KazTransOil's standalone credit profile (SCP) of "bbb" reflects its strong financial position while taking into account the risks inherent in Kazakhstan's regulatory and operating environment.
