/KASE, June 12, 2026/ – Today, special trading sessions for the placement of seven bond issues of local executive organs were held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

As a result of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003127 (AIK024_312; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; May 20, 2026 – May 20, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of Abai region for KZT 2.5 bn;

2) KZMJ00003119 (DZK024_311; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,433,380,000; May 20, 2026 – May 20, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of Zhambyl region for KZT 3.1 bn;

3) KZMJ00002939 (KOK024_293; KZT 1,000, KZT 15,539,672,000; March 27, 2026 – March 27, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of Qyzylorda region for KZT 4.5 bn;

4) KZMJ00002913 (KSK024_291; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,073,923,000; March 27, 2026 – March 27, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of Qostanai region for KZT 2.5 bn;

5) KZMJ00002954 (SKK024_295; KZT 1,000, KZT 9,365,457,000; March 27, 2026 – March 27, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of North Qazaqhstan region for KZT 2.0 bn;

6) KZMJ00003218 (TKK024_321; KZT 1,000, KZT 9,206,325,000; May 29, 2026 – May 29, 2028; annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of Turkistan region for KZT 1.8 bn;

7) KZMJ00002947 (ZKK024_294; KZT 1,000, KZT 16,345,601,000; March 27, 2026 – March 27, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive organ of West Qazaqhstan region for KZT 4.5 bn.

The specified bonds were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities complexes, networks and systems of heat, electricity, water supply and sewerage, as well as to finance the construction and (or) purchase, buyout of housing and (or) apartments in shared housing construction objects.
