/KASE, June 12, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 15, 2026, trading in the following common shares for repo operations in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US68389X1054 ("KASE Global" sector, ORCL_KZ) of ORACLE CORPORATION, for which the settlement date falls on July 10, 2026, and subsequent dates; trading will be resumed from July 13, 2026.

2) US1491231015 ("KASE Global" sector, CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar Inc., for which the settlement date falls on July 20, 2026, and subsequent dates; trading will be resumed from July 22, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with sub-clause 12) of clause 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for Implementation of Exchange Activities" due to KASE having information on the record date for the specified shares.
