/KASE, June 12, 2026/ – Following a decision of the Board of Directors of KMK Munai JSC (KASE ticker – LNPT) dated June 5, 2026, Chai Hui was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KMK Munai JSC consists of nine persons.
