/KASE, June 12, 2026/ – Following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KMK Munai JSC ( KASE ticker – LNPT) dated May 27, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Li Shufeng, Yang Yuehua;
• elected: Chai Hui, He Jinbo.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KMK Munai JSC consists of nine persons.
