Shareholders of KazAzot decided to skip dividends on the company's common shares for 2025
/KASE, June 12, 2026/ – KazAzot JSC (KASE ticker – KZAZ) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2026.
The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
- not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2025.
Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
