/KASE, June 11, 2026/ – KMK Munai JSC (KASE ticker – LNPT) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 27, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to distribute the company's net income based on the results of 2025 and not to pay dividends on the company's common shares.
