/KASE, June 10, 2026/ – On June 10, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of TAS FINANCE GROUP LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2P00018468 ( MFTSb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2.5 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);
• KZ2P00018476 (MFTSb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of June 10, 2026.
