/KASE, June 10, 2026/ – Consolidated financial statements of LOGYCOM JSC (ticker KASE – LOGC) for 2025 and the auditor's report were published.

According to the report of Independent Auditing Company "Centeraudit- Kazakhstan" LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of LOGYCOM JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
