/KASE, June 10, 2026/ – MFO "NIET Credit" LLP (KASE ticker: MFNK) has provided amended the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P00007420 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFNKb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 18.06.21 – 18.06.26; quarterly coupon, 14.00 % per annum; 30/360) registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 8, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue, replacing the one previously issued.

According to the documents mentioned:

• the certificate was replaced due to a change in the maturity and the coupon rate on the bonds;
• the term has been changed from five years to 10 years;
• coupon rate on bonds was changed from 14.00 % per annum to 16.00 % per annum.
