/KASE, June 9, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (KASE ticker – KZCR) dated June 5, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Sadenov, D. Rakhmatullaev;
• elected: K. Shamiev, A. Ashirbekov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC consists of five persons.
