/KASE, June 9, 2026/ – The consolidated financial statements of Caspi neft JSC (KASE ticker – KSNF) for 2025 and the auditor's report have been published.

According to the report of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Caspi neft JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
