/KASE, June 8, 2026/ – Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) announced the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on April 28, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
• 14,533,700,000 tenge will be allocated to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2024.

In total, decisions were made on five agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
