/KASE, June 5, 2026/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker: ALMS) has announced the following:

Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the bond prospectus, the Issuer has the right to pay an aggregate annual dividend amount to its shareholders at a level not exceeding 50% of the final total comprehensive income attributable to the Issuer for the respective year, as per the Issuer's audited consolidated annual financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS*.

In order to comply with the disclosure requirements of the bond prospectus, the Issuer reports that the aggregate amount of dividends declared by the Issuer for the first 9 months of 2025 amounted to KZT 254,127,036 thous.**. At the same time, according to the Issuer's audited consolidated annual financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and published on May 30, 2026, the final total comprehensive income for 2025 amounted to KZT 339,831,944 thous.

Consequently, the aggregate dividend amount constituted 75% of the final total comprehensive income for 2025, which exceeds the 50% threshold established by the bond prospectus.

The dividend payment decision was made in light of favorable market conditions, including high gold prices, robust operating performance, and a substantial volume of liquidity generated during the reporting period. The Issuer views the dividend payment as a tool for efficient capital and liquidity management.

We also inform you that on May 29, 2026, the Issuer announced a decision on the voluntary buyback of KZ2C00012953 (ALMSb1) bonds on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC. The first stage of the buyback is scheduled for the period from June 8 to June 12, 2026, inclusive.
