/KASE, June 5, 2026/ – FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL JSC (KASE ticker – FIVE) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• due to accumulated losses, distribution of accumulated net profit based on the results of 2025 is not possible.

In total, decisions were made on four agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
