/KASE, June 4, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (KASE ticker – KMGZ) dated May 29, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: U. Karabalin;
• elected: B. Taubaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC consists of nine persons.
