/KASE, June 4, 2026/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC (KASE ticker – PRKR) announced the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 26, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the company for 2025;
• to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2025 in the amount of 492,489,000 tenge:
• 345,320,512.96 tenge to be used for payment of dividends on common shares;
• 147,168,487.04 tenge to be retained at the company.
