/KASE, June 3, 2026/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Nurbank JSC (KASE ticker – NRBN) dated May 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Naumov;
• elected: L. Tatyanina.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC consists of five persons.
