/KASE, June 2, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated May 22, 2026, international bonds XS3389795926 (ASDBe24; KZT 20.0 bn; 02.06.26 – 16.10.29; semi-annual coupon, 16.50 % per annum; actual/365) of Asian Development Bank are included in the "Securities of international financial institutions" sector of KASE official list.

The admission initiator of these bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC.

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of June 2, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
