According to the report of Crowe Audit KZ LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Bayan Sulu JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
