According to the report of Ernst&Young LLP, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC as of December 31, 2025, as well as their financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
