/KASE, May 29, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of 11 issues of municipal bonds took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003150 (AIK084_315; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,887,969,000; 29.05.26 – 29.05.33; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Abai region for KZT 11.9 bn;

2) KZMJ00003168 (AIK120_316; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,962,656,000; 29.05.26 – 29.05.36; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Abai region for KZT 4.0 bn;

3) KZMJ00003226 (AKK084_322; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,018,082,000; 29.05.26 – 29.05.33; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Aqmola region for KZT 2.0 bn;

4) KZMJ00003234 (AKK120_323; KZT 1,000, KZT 672,693,000; 29.05.26 – 29.05.36; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Aqmola region for KZT 0.7 bn;

The said bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems, as well as for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, purchase of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
