/KASE, May 29, 2026/ – MFO "Bereke" JSC (KASE ticker: MFBR) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 25, 2026.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
- to retain the company's net income for 2025 within the company.
