/KASE, May 22, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on May 26, 2026, an initial public offering of international bonds XS3389795926 of the Asian Development Bank will be held in KASE's trading system via a subscription to them under the terms and conditions set out below (Astana time).
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) acts as the seller in the subscription for the specified bonds.

The total nominal amount of the bonds is preliminary and is subject to change upon notification to the initiator of the specified subscription.
The price in an order must indicate the coupon rate as a percentage per annum with an accuracy of two decimal places.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be specified in the nominal volume in tenge. A lot is equal to one bond, and the minimum order amount is 1,000 tenge.
According to the terms of this subscription, the list of additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the specified bonds includes the last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity.
