/KASE, May 21, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of three issues of municipal bonds took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

Following the results of the specialized trading, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZSJ00000234 (SHK022_023; KZT 1,000, KZT 20,395,113,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the city of Shymkent for KZT 3.4 bn;

2) KZMJ00003101 (ARK022_310; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Atyrau region for KZT 1.5 bn;

3) KZMJ00003143 (KGK022_314; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,943,333,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region for KZT 0.8 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
