/KASE, May 20, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of seven issues of municipal bonds took place today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

Following the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003127 (AIK024_312; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; 20.05.26 – 20.05.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Abai region for KZT 2.5 billion;

2) KZMJ00003119 (DZK024_311; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,433,380,000; 20.05.26 – 20.05.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for KZT 0.9 billion;

3) KZMJ00003093 (JTK024_309; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,000,000,000; 30.04.26 – 30.04.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region for KZT 1.3 billion;

4) KZMJ00002947 (ZKK024_294; KZT 1,000, KZT 16,345,601,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 4.8 billion;

5) KZMJ00003135 (KGK024_313; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; 20.05.26 – 20.05.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region for KZT 3.6 billion;

6) KZMJ00002913 (KSK024_291; KZT 1,000, KZT 11,073,923,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qostanay region for KZT 4.7 billion;

7) KZMJ00003028 (PVK024_302; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,726,835,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region for KZT 2.1 billion.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
