/KASE, May 15, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from May 18, 2026, trading in American Depositary Receipts US01609W1027 (sector "KASE Global", BABAd), the underlying asset of which is common shares of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, for repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, with the settlement date falling on June 11, 2026 and subsequent dates, will be suspended on KASE.

Trading of the specified depositary receipts on KASE will resume on June 15, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified depositary receipts.
