/KASE, May 15, 2026/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated May 15, 2026, common shares KZ1C00014562 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", ADRP) of Aidarly Project JSC are excluded from KASE official list.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of May 18, 2026.

This decision was made following a request of Aidarly Project JSC for a voluntary delisting of the specified shares from KASE.

These shares had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since September 14, 2022. Trading in them opened on November 21, 2022.
