According to the report of ALMIR CONSULTING LLP, which contains a qualified opinion, the financial statements present fairly in all material respects the financial position of PC "APC "DAMU AGRO" as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
