According to the report of Independent Auditing Company "Centeraudit- Kazakhstan" LLP, the financial statements present fairly in all material respects the financial position of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
