/KASE, May 12, 2026/ – The consolidated financial statements of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (KASE ticker – TPIB) for 2025 and the auditor's report were published.

According to the report of PKF Audit & Assurance LLP, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
