/KASE, May 8, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that effective May 12, 2026, trading in the following common shares under repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US02079K1079 (sector "KASE Global", GOOG_KZ) of ALPHABET INC., with the settlement date falling on June 8, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 10, 2026;

2) US70450Y1038 (sector "KASE Global", PYPL_KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc., with the settlement date falling on June 4, 2026. Trading will resume on June 8, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date on the specified shares.
