/KASE, May 6, 2026/ – On May 5, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2D00018090 (MIDMpp2; $1,000, $450,000; 7 years; annual coupon, 0.10 % per annum; 30/360) of Private company Midgard Mining Limited (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement market".
The specified bonds provide for additional remuneration, the amount of which is determined based on the financial results of the activities.
This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of May 6, 2026.
