/KASE, May 5, 2026/ – On May 5, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include social bonds KZ2C00018059 (JSBNb13; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of May 5, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the 12th within the third bond program of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC, registered on July 4, 2024, in the amount of KZT 1.7 trln.
