/KASE, May 5, 2026/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of AsiaAgroFood JSC (KASE ticker: AAFD) dated May 4, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: S. Orazbekov;
• elected: A. Kydyrbaev, S. Ashenov, L. Bergibaeva, A. Kalugina, Zeng Qingxing.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five people.
