/KASE, May 4, 2026/ – By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of LOTTE Rakhat JSC (KASE ticker – RAHT) dated April 30, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: HWANG SUNG-WOOK;
• elected: MIN JOON WOONG.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of five people.
