/KASE, May 4, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of May 5, 2026, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) US0255371017 (sector "KASE Global", AEP_KZ) of American Electric Power Company, Inc., with the settlement date falling on May 8, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on May 12, 2026;

2) US20825C1045 (sector "KASE Global", COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips, with the settlement date falling on May 11, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on May 13, 2026;

3) US1912161007 (sector "KASE Global", KO_KZ) of The Coca-Cola Company, with the settlement date falling on June 15, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 17, 2026;

4) US6745991058 (sector "KASE Global", OXY_KZ) of Occidental Petroleum Corp., with the settlement date falling on June 10, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 12, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record dates of the specified securities.
