• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 760,000 units, preferred shares - 55,000 units;
• 315,556 common shares and all preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole company's shareholder and the only person holding 10 or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Bank CenterCredit JSC, who owns 342,579 shares of the company (92.45 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 291,732 common shares (92.45 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company) and 50,847 preferred shares of the company (92.45 % of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company).
