/KASE, April 30, 2026/ – On April 28, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2D00018017 (MIDMpp1; $1,000, $5.1 mln; 7 years; annual coupon, 0.10 % per annum; 30/360) of the Private company Midgard Mining Limited (Astana) in the "Private Placement" market of KASE official list.

The specified bonds provide for additional remuneration, the amount of which is determined based on the financial results of the activities.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of April 30, 2026.
