Teniz Capital Investment Banking Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby announces that the Company's shareholder, Teniz Holding Ltd, a private company incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and holding 9.7% of the Company’s shares, has become a major shareholder of the Company's sister organizations: Teniz Capital Brokerage Ltd. and Teniz Capital Asset Management Ltd., private companies incorporated in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). As of April 28, 2026, Teniz Holding Ltd's ownership interests in the said entities amount to 24.99% and 21.81%, respectively.
