/KASE, April 29, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) (KASE ticker – BERK) dated April 23, 2026, Andrey Kozlyar was elected to the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) consists of four people.
