/KASE, April 28, 2026/ – Following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the following bonds have been included in the "Government securities" sector of KASE official list, effective April 28, 2026:

1) KZMJ00003051 (KGK120_305; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,500,000,000; 10 years; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the Karaganda region;

2) KZMJ00003069 (KGK084_306; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,125,000,000; 7 years; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the Karaganda region;

3) KZMJ00003077 (KGK120_307; KZT 1,000, KZT 375,000,000; 10 years; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region;

4) KZMJ00003085 (KGK084_308; KZT 1,000, KZT 7,500,000,000; 7 years; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region;

5) KZMJ00003093 (JTK024_309; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,000,000,000; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region.

Bonds of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems.

Bonds of the local executive body of Zhetisu region were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
