/KASE, April 28, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reports that from April 29, 2026, trading in the following securities on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) ETFUS81369Y3080 (sector "KASE Global", XLP_KZ) of State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETFs, whose settlement date falls on June 22, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 24, 2026;

2) ETFUS81369Y8865 (sector "KASE Global", XLU_KZ) of The Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, whose settlement date falls on June 22, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 24, 2026;

3) common shares US0605051046 (sector "KASE Global", BAC_KZ) of Bank of America Corporation, whose settlement date falls on June 5, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on June 8, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified securities.
