/KASE, April 28, 2026/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated April 21, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: K. Strashchenko, E. Minavar;
• elected: A. Mukataev, M. Zheten.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of JSC Transtelecom consists of five people.
