/KASE, April 24, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that effective April 27, 2026, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on May 8, 2026 and subsequent dates, will be suspended on KASE:

1) US4592001014 (sector "KASE Global", IBM_KZ) of IBM Corp. (USA);

2) US7170811035 (sector "KASE Global", PFE_KZ) of Pfizer Inc. (USA).

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on May 12, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified shares.
