/KASE, April 20, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), effective April 20, 2026, Investment House "Astana- Invest" JSC was released from its duties as a market maker on KASE for bonds KZ2C00003739 (KASE main market, category "bonds", PDENb2) of PAVLODARENERGO JSC.

This decision was made in accordance with Article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules for Market Makers' Activities" due to the market maker's voluntary refusal of the specified status.
